How to get an extended warranty on Panasonic Appliances on the e-Carewiz website & mobile application?
Log in through your mobile number or email. Logging in is necessary in order for you to make a purchase or service request. So always do that in advance.
If you want to create a service or installation request, it is advised to put your home address in advance as well.
If you want to find a specific product around your budget, color or any other specification preference, you can do so either by directly searching it from the search bar in the application, else you can also use the filter for finding a specific product.
Always look for the Exciting Offers tab. You might end up finding a great deal for the product you want to purchase.
Purchase the product from the e-Carewiz platform itself as you can get an additional 1-year extended warranty free over there.
If you want to purchase more than one product, look for the Combo Deals tab. You may find additional discounts for the products you want to purchase.
You can also track the status of the service request you have created for your Panasonic product. You can do that by clicking on the Track Service tab.
If you have purchased your Panasonic appliance from an offline store and you want to create a service request or extend the warranty, always add your appliance in advance so that the process becomes much smoother for you. You have to keep the warranty card, invoice, model number, serial number, and image of the appliance handy to add the appliance successfully.
For adding a new appliance, go to My Appliance tab, then click on Add Appliance, fill in the handy details, and click on Submit.
